Kylee DeCuir, Religious Education Assistant Kylee is a Bettendorf resident who has taught art at a Montessori school, worked on the staff of an Outward Bound program in Maine, and currently is involved with helping to launch a store in LeClaire which will sell usable recyclables for teachers, art supplies and theatre productions (in much the same vein as Habitat for Humanity's ReStore located near our building.) She has made a personal study of World Religions and has been a UU Religious Education teacher. Kylee has two children. |

Sheila Doak, Music Director Sheila Doak is a native of Rock Island, having studied piano with LaVonna Kiesele Bartlett and organ with her mother, Peggy Doak. She holds a Bachelor's of Music in Piano Performance from Northwestern University, and is an experienced church music professional, having played in numerous churches from the age of 12. She has also taught private piano lessons for almost 25 years, and has been a licensed Kindermusik educator since 2002. Currently, in addition to being Music Director for us, she is also Music Director at 15th Avenue Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Rock Island, and choir director at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Silvis. She is married with six children. |
